How much is delivery?

We offer several UK delivery options:

Royal Mail First Class – £6.95
This is NOT TRACKED and we cannot guarantee delivery by any particular date.

If you require delivery by a specific date please contact us for an alternative tracked option.

Royal Mail Second Class – £5.95
This is NOT TRACKED and we cannot guarantee delivery by any particular date.

If you require delivery by a specific date please contact us for an alternative tracked option.

Free Delivery when you spend over £75 
Royal Mail Second Class only. This is NOT TRACKED and we cannot guarantee delivery by any particular date.

How long will delivery take?

Orders are posted within 48 hours of being placed.

Items sent by Royal Mail First Class usually take 2-5 days. We cannot track Royal Mail deliveries. 

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

Many of our products are delicate and we take great care in their packaging to ensure damages don’t occur. If something isn’t quite right with your order please email us straight away at hello@cotswoldchristmasshop.co.uk
including details of the problem and a photo of the items as you’ve received them. We can then advise the best way to resolve the problem.

Can Personalised items be returned?

We are only able to accept returns or offer replacements of personalised items if the items are damaged or faulty.

Please
take particular care when entering your personalisation request to
ensure spelling is exactly as you require. We cannot offer replacement
for typos in the details you have provided.

If your item is damaged or faulty please email us straight away at hello@cotswoldchristmasshop.co.uk including details of the problem and a photo of the items as you’ve received them.

Are all of your products on your website?

Not quite. With such a huge range of wonderful goodies we don’t have everything online just yet. If there’s something particular you’re looking for please call or email and we’ll gladly help you.

Our full range can be found in our Lechlade shop – please do pay us a visit, we’d love to see you!

When is your shop open?

Our Lechlade shop is closed in January but you can still shop online.

Our opening hours and days change throughout the year, so please check the bottom of our website or on our Socials for current hours.
