Free Delivery when you spend over £75 
Royal Mail Second Class only. This is NOT TRACKED and we cannot guarantee delivery by any particular date.

Items sent by Royal Mail First Class usually take 1-3 days. We cannot track Royal Mail deliveries. 

Many of our products are delicate and we take great care in their packaging to ensure damages don’t occur. If something isn’t quite right with your order please email us straight away at hello@cotswoldchristmasshop.co.uk including details of the problem and a photo of the items as you’ve received them. We can then advise the best way to resolve the problem.

We are only able to accept returns or offer replacements of personalised items if the items are damaged or faulty.

Please take particular care when entering your personalisation request to ensure spelling is exactly as you require. We cannot offer replacement for typos in the details you have provided.

If your total order weighs less than 2kg our Express Delivery option will be via Royal Mail Special Delivery – the last posting day for pre-Christmas delivery is 23rd December
If your total order weighs more than 2kg our Express Delivery option will be via Parcelforce – the last posting day for pre-Christmas delivery is 20th December.
